The "we" is me - Sarah, your strategic partner. I'm a leader with 20+ years’ experience building the foundations for commercial success across diverse markets. I bring the expertise and network of a full-service agency, without the overhead.
Across agency, consultancy and corporate roles in the UK and Spain, I've had a hugely varied career: I’ve led global teams, launched major products, delivered complex campaigns and run businesses - working with teams of 2 to 800. I understand how businesses succeed and how they fail, from product and sales to operations and culture.
The constant through all of it? Great communication. Every win (account, pitch, change program) is powered by relationships, clarity and most critically, listening. Communication isn't a soft skill - it's the operational lever that turns strategy into measurable results.
I founded /Side in 2017 to bring that expertise directly to leaders. After taking client/side roles for four years I'm back with an extra layer of knowledge, specialising in solving the unique operational friction of connecting global teams, especially in complex sectors like tech and iGaming.
I work along/side teams to unblock delivery, streamline process and align people across complex, international operations. Whether embedding change or developing new ways of working, I focus on creating impact that lasts.
